Early Reservation Deadline Tomorrow

General reservations are $70 per person prior to January 19th and $80 thereafter. Price includes 2 drink tickets and $25 in gaming tokens. No walk-up sales are allowed the night of the event. We will sell unlimited drink wristbands for $30 until January 19th ONLY. There are no exceptions, so please get your reservations in this week.

What’s New This Year?

Mr. Radu likes playing poker, and I bet many of you do too! If dancing and silent auction are not your bag, spend time at the tables; they will be open for 4 hours during the night. And, you can win chances at fantastic prizes! Read below for all the exciting, new changes to the event. Stay tuned for more to come in the weekly auction blasts each Thursday leading up to the big party! We hope to see you there!

Casino Games:
We will have 16 game tables in the Casino Royale (gym), with the Silent Auction items, which will operate from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The tables will re-open from 10:00 p.m.to Midnight (after the live auction). Try your hand at Craps, Roulette, Texas Hold’em, and/or Black Jack. You will receive $25 in gaming tokens with each individual registration to get you started (included with paid registration). There will be a token redemption area where you can acquire more tokens for a donation throughout the evening. When you are ready to fold’em for the night, exchange your tokens for opportunity tickets to drop in drawing boxes for a chance to win top secret prizes!

Dancing in the Gym:
Dinner and Live Auction will take place in the Secret Agent Hall (Holy Family Hall) from 7:30 to around 10:00 p.m. Afterwards, all guests are invited to head back over to the Casino Royale for dancing and playing at game tables until Midnight. Dessert and coffee will also be available.

Check-In, Check-Out:
Both event check-in and check-out for disbursement will take place in the foyer/hallway outside the school office. Disbursement will begin after the Live Auction is finished around 10:00 p.m.

Auction Donations:
As we are no longer able to include alcohol in our baskets or packages, we are looking for some specific Scrip donations to help us creatively build-up our baskets/packages. We have developed a “wish list” Scrip Order Form with specialty items we do not normally sell. Please consider purchasing Scrip for a donation from either that list, or the original list, which are both available in the school office. All donation orders will count towards your Parent Scrip Program requirements.

All donations, items or gift cards, need to be turned in by January 31st.

Opportunity Drawing News

This Friday, January 12th is the second Opportunity Drawing turn-in day. Additional Opportunity Drawing turn-in days are: January 19th, 26th and February 2nd.

Every $20 gets students a free dress pass and a Mission Complete wristband (up to 4 colors for every $20) indicating they are on their way to becoming a member of the Secret Agent Club. Collect all 4 wristbands to become a member with a special invitation to a Super Spy Party during school. Students can wear their wristbands every day until the auction.

Students can also earn up to 4 free dress passes that can only be used on the following Thursdays: January 18th, January 25th, February 1st, February 8th, or February 15. Please note the addition of February 15th, giving students the opportunity to keep earning the passes as the competition continues – up to 4 the total.

The top 3 selling students every week will have the opportunity to pick from an assortment of prizes and/or $10 gift cards. The top overall student winners will win $100 cash for first place, $75 cash for second place, and $50 cash for third place. The overall top 3 classes that sell the most opportunity tickets during the 5-week period will have their choice of four awesome parties!

Classroom Project/Basket Deadlines

Monday, January 15th:
Classroom Project/Basket description write-up with photo of completed project/basket and itemized value sheet need to be emailed to tclay@stvincents-school.org.

Friday, February 2nd:
Deliver project/basket to be displayed for preview.
