Family Data Information

If you have not yet updated your Family Data Information, please update by Monday, August 6th. We are using RenWeb this school year for our Family Data Information (student demographics, emergency contacts, medication requirements, pick up list, etc). If you are an existing family you can use your login information you created during the 2017-2018 school year. If you are a new family you will need to set up your login information. Please click HERE for instructions on how to set up your login information with RenWeb. Once you are in Parents Web, you will need to go to Web Forms, click on Family Demographic Form, and fill out each area. RenWeb is also the system that we use for student grades, attendance, and parent alert notices. In addition, you can find events/calendar information on RenWeb.

Lunch Program

Families wanting to participate in the hot lunch program with Elevation Catering, will need to create an account. The new lunch program is offered Monday-Thursday. Children enrolled in the Extended Day program on Fridays may order lunch through Elevation; lunch will be ready for them before attending Extended Day.

All Star Literacy

The first day of school is almost here. Our Student Support Teachers are hoping that your child(ren) are enjoying the Literacy All Star Challenge.

Reminder

Please make sure that your child(ren)’s hair, fingernails, and ear piercings are in compliance with our dress code policies by the first day of school. Consult the Parent Handbook for more information: Parent/Student Handbook 2018-2019.

School Supplies

If you would like to drop off your child(ren)’s school supplies before Monday, August 13th you can do so on Wednesday, August 8th and Thursday, August 9th between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, or you may bring them the first day of school.

Beer-lympics Party Board Registration

Come join us for Beer-lympics – Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 4 to 10 p.m. at the home of Shawn and Sarah Lambert. Cost is $40 per person; limited to 40 people. Adults only.

Register HERE by Aug. 9th and join in the fun. This will be a great way to come together and socialize before school starts on Monday, August 13th.

Each competing couple will be paired with another couple to make a country. The country names and couples will be published on August 4th. The fun begins at 4:30 p.m. with the Calderon lighting and team introductions. At 4:45 p.m. the schedule of event begins with Washers, Polish Horse Shoes, Cornhole, and Lawn Golf which will all be couples events. Followed by Beer Pong Baseball with all of the athletes from your respective country. A medal ceremony will take place around 9:30 p.m. to award medal to the winning countries. The last place team will receive a special award, and the best team uniform that exemplifies their country of origin will also be awarded.

Used Uniform Sale

Our Home and School Association will be selling used uniforms on August 6 & 7 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM in the Holy Family Hall. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.
