Toy Donations Needed
Almost five years ago, a cousin of St. Vincent graduates Chris and Tess McTeague was born with a heart abnormality. Thanks to a life saving surgery and amazing care provided by the doctors and nurses at Primary Children’s Hospital, today, their cousin is a happy and healthy little girl. The McTeague family contributes a tree every year to the Festival of Trees, which benefits Primary Children’s Hospital. This year, the family is constructing a large Santa sleigh that will be filled with toys. The sleigh and all the toys will be auctioned off during a silent auction on the opening night of the Festival. All proceeds from this donation go to help the children at Primary Children’s Hospital and their families. In addition, gifts from tree displays typically are donated back to children at Primary Children’s Hospital.
Please help Primary Children’s Hospital with this valuable project by donating toys for the sleigh. Unwrapped toys may be placed in collection boxes at either entrance to the school. The last day to leave the toys is November 14. Thank you for your help!
