All School Masses

In addition to our Friday Mass schedule, we will be celebrating Mass on Thursday, November 1st in celebration of All Saints Day. First and eighth grade will host. First grade will have a saint presentation prior to Mass. Please join us if you can for this beautiful tradition. We will also celebrate Thanksgiving Mass on Monday, November 19th.

November Service Projects Sponsored by our School Board’s Faith Formation Committee

Join us on Saturday, November 3rd from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Carmelite Monastery (5714 S Holladay Boulevard, SLC). We will be serving our community by raking leaves and helping with other grounds cleanup. Please bring rakes, leaf blowers, and leaf bags if you have them. Many hands make light work! Join us on Sunday, November 18th from 3-5 p.m. for a shoebox assembly party in Holy Family Hall to benefit Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse that brings good news and great joy to children around the world. Bring your box, items to place in box and $9 to cover shipping for each box. We will have computers/printers handy to purchase and print your shipping labels. Hot Chocolate Bar and treats provided! ACRE (Religious Education) Testing

Testing will take place for 5th and 8th Graders in November.

Pre-K Thanksgiving Program

Pre-K will hold their Thanksgiving Program on Thursday, November 16th at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Benvegnu Center.

Trivia Night

The 7th Annual Trivia Night will be held in the Benvegnu Center on Friday, November 16th from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Get your table together and test your trivia knowledge. Tickets are $15 per person (Adults Only). You and your group bring appetizers and drinks to share with those at your table. As trivia questions are read, you discuss amongst your table, then jot down your answer. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and question rounds begin at 7:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to top teams. Reservation forms are on line here Trivia Night Registration or in the school office.

7th/8th Grade Dance

Will be held November 16th from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s in Riverton. Students must bring their student ID to attend.

Spirit Dress Day

Will be held on Tuesday, November 27th. The “theme” for the month is Pajama Day! Wear pajamas to school (regular shoes must be warn) – no slippers, shorts, tank tops, holes, etc. Spirit wear is always an option on Spirit Dress days.

Auction News

We are currently seeking items to be donated to our auction for our silent and live auctions. If you have an item to donate, please bring it to the school office. Our raffle kick-off is scheduled for Thursday, December 13th. Watch for more information in the Tuesday blasts.
