Welcome to St. Vincent de Paul Parish School! The 2024-2025 Admission Timeline is as follows:

  • Siblings Admission: November 1, 2023 through 2024-2025 School Year (Siblings will be accepted on a rolling basis contingent on submission of application, grades PK-8, completion of educational assessment, grades K-8 and availability.)
  • Early Admission: November 1, 2023 – January 15, 2024 (Acceptance Date: February 1, 2024 (Contingent on submission of application, grades PK-8, completion of educational assessment, grades K-8 and availability.)
  • Regular Admission: January 16 – March 15, 2024 (Acceptance Date: March 27, 2024 (Contingent on submission of application, grades PK-8, completion of educational assessment, grades K-8 and availability.)
  • Rolling Admission: March 16, 2024 through 2024-2025 School Year (Contingent on submission of application, grades PK-8, completion of educational assessment, grades K-8 and availability.)

To be considered for enrollment, all applicants, Prekindergarten – 8th Grade, need to complete the online application, submit the following documents and pay the non-refundable $25 application fee.

  • Updated Immunization Record: In accordance with Diocesan Policy, schools in the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City do not accept immunization exemptions except for qualified medical exemptions with a letter signed by the student’s pediatrician.
  • State Issued Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
  • Most Recent Report Card, Grades 1-8
  • Educational/Diagnostic/Evaluative Testing Results/IEP/504, if applicable
  • Custodial Documentation, if applicable

In addition, applicants, Grades K-8, need to complete an educational assessment, which will be administered as follows:

  • November 17th – 1:00 pm
  • January 26th – 1:00 pm
  • February 16th – 1:00 pm
  • March 22nd – 1:00 pm
